Howard Kohn was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. In his 23 years as a practicing lawyer he has developed a reputation as a seasoned Insurance litigator, having practiced in this field his entire career. A Graduate of the University of Toronto (Hons. BA) and the University of Windsor Law School (LL.B), Howard has acted for both Insurers and claimants while being a partner at one of the largest and most significant law firms in Canada. He has authored a major legal textbook, achieved a specialty designation by the Law Society of Ontario and he has appeared in every level of Court in Ontario. Howard’s practice involves all aspects of Insurance including personal injury claims, coverage disputes, professional negligence claims involving engineers, architects, paralegals, brokers and medical clinics, to name but a few.
